I am a trained Educator in Nutrition, Home and Family Management, Healthy Lifestyle Counseling and Sociology, and Applied Social Relations. I spent most of my working years as a teacher, of nutrition and Home and Family Management. I am now after retirement a Healthy Lifestyle Counselor with an emphasis on Alternate medicine using natural laws and resources to prevent, ,stop. and reverse lifestyle diseases.
